At IPTECHVIEW, he leads the development of an integrated ecosystem that unifies video surveillance, device management, AI-driven insights, and real-time operational oversight. Walter Engelbrecht
Co-founder & COO
Walter Engelbrecht is a Co-Founder and C.O.O. of IPTECHVIEW, an AI orchestration platform for existing and emerging video endpoints, including fixed, flying (drones), and footed (robots) cameras.
As a serial entrepreneur and insatiably curious technologist, Walter enjoys inspiring not only IPTECHVIEW’s employees, partners, and clients but the next generation of technologists as well – starting with his teenage children. When he isn’t prototyping a new AI feature, Walter can be found immersed in a book or in a state of suspended consciousness (“flow”) as he plays the piano or one of his many guitars. He also enjoys preparing gourmet meals for Felix, his 2-year-old French Bulldog.
Henry N. Castillo
Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer
Henry N. Castillo is the Chief Technology Officer at IPTECHVIEW. With more than two decades of experience designing and scaling advanced technology platforms, he specializes in developing secure, cloud-native, and intelligent systems that power IPTECHVIEW’s next-generation, AI-driven video surveillance and supervision ecosystems. Known for his hands-on leadership style and forward-looking mindset, Henry integrates deep engineering expertise with strategic vision to deliver solutions that are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with the company’s forward-looking vision.
Throughout his career, Henry has been involved in cutting-edge technology with real-world applications. His technical background spans IP networking, unified communications, enterprise infrastructure, software development, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and applied artificial intelligence. In addition to multiple leading industry certifications, he holds an MBA from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. |
